You’ll find in the heart of East Barnet Village, opposite The Prince of Wales pub and Costa. If you are driving by car our postcode is EN4 8SY and you can park for free on the single yellow all day apart from the hours 8am -9.30am, there is also a free car park behind our studio.

Travelling by train or bus
Oakleigh Park overhead train station is a nine-minute walk away. Alternatively, we’re easily accessible by bus in to the heart of the village. The 184, 307 stop in the village and the 326 and 383 from High Barnet which stops on Crescent Road close to East Barnet village.

Is there parking
There is free parking on the yellow lines (apart from 8am – 9.30am) on Churchill road outside our studio. There is also a free car park behind the studio, access is from Churchill road.
Do you have showers?
No, we are a small studio.
Do you do drop in classes?
Yes we do. You can book via our booking system for our group classes and where you can buy single or block packages.
Can I come and train on my own?
No, we are not a commercial gym. The benefits of our studio is that you will always be coached by a fitness professional. Book via our booking system.
What do I bring for a training session / group class?
Appropriate active wear and trainers, a towel and your great energy!
