Meet the team

Hi, I’m Stephen a father and a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer/Nutrition and Strength and Conditioning coach.

I have been involved in various competitive sports at a high level from a young age; from playing football, competitive swimming, and earning my black belt in martial arts (Taekwondo) which led to the British championships with the TAGB federation.

I have a passion for helping and sharing my knowledge with people in health and fitness. I further my education continuously with CPD courses. I am cuurently completing my Level 4 Diploma in Strength and Conditioning.
