You’ll receive easy, sustainble to follow nutrition advice that will help you reach your goals faster with the foods you enjoy.
During your initial evaluation session, you’ll receive a body composition analysis to help us define your goals and help you measure progress.
You’ll get a 8x personalised semi-private PT sessions with a coach in a group of 1-4 people or if you prefer a coach to yourself you’ll get 4x one to one PT sessions.
You can complement your personal training sessions with a range of small group classes, including boxing and strength and conditioning.
It doesn’t just stop at the studio. You’ll be a part of our community, where you will receive ongoing support, train, laugh and progress with others.
Our 30-day trial is your chance to experience our unique approach to fitness and membership. You’ll get to know the coaches, the place, and the way things work before you make a longer commitment. For us, it’s an opportunity to learn about you, your body and your fitness goals. And, hopefully, it’s the foundation for greater things.
We want everybody to able to join us, but we also want to maintain a comfortable, efficient gym environment. We normally release around 8 trials a month.

Semi-private training is personal training delivered in a small group of 1-3 people. The sessions are personalised to your goals, fitness level and your needs in a fun, supportive, encouraging and motivational environment guaranteed to make you get the most of every sessions.
No long-term commitments. You will be paying just for the one month, and that’s it. The 30 day trail is for you to give us a chance to see if you like us, this will help you make an informed decision about whether our gym is right for you and which membership might suit you best if you do decide to carry on.
No, our members vary in age and fitness level and all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level in the initial session and over the time spent training with us, personalise your programme and ensure it’s working at your pace.
No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs. We’re not physiotherapists, but the team is highly experienced in creating programmes that work with, and ultimately improve, a wide range of conditions .

You choose. We hope you stay and continue with us to reach your fitness goals. If you want to carry on and work with us, we’ll suggest an appropriate membership option. However, If you decide that SS60 isn’t for you, that’s fine too. We’ll be sorry to see you go, we cant be for everyone.
