Does lifting weights make a woman bulky?

Before training with SS60, I was extremely apprehensive to start personal training due to my lack of confidence in the gym. I was a yo-yo dieter, who would believe in any quick fix that came to the market. I have never looked back since walking through SS60’s doors and training with Sara and Stephen.

Their depth of knowledge is amazing, and really help you get to know your own body and listen to your “inner cues”. I had always been the girl who goes to the gym and stuck to cardio, biggest mistake which I now know!

Lifting weights – DOES NOT make your bulky! It shapes you, makes you feel gorgeous and makes your clothes fit perfectly. The sense of achievement when your numbers creep up on the weight you’re using, or even just after a session gives you a really feel good factor!

Aside from anything, having the constant exercise scheduled in with SS60 gives you time for yourself, to focus on your goals away from everything else in our crazy lives. The atmosphere inside the studio is really motivating, as well as constant encouragement from Sara and everyone else in the studio!
